The creation of the Bazenska tehnika application was the answer to the problem the company had with organizing and monitoring its business. The company Bazenska tehnika doo deals with the planning, design, construction and maintenance of swimming pools, solariums, saunas and wellness equipment.
The application was developed in three phases, the first phase consists of a mobile and web application for work orders. The web application for work orders enables the creation and editing of work orders. Work orders function in such a way that the repairer receives a push notification in the form of a work order, which he performs according to the instructions. Considering that they are in the field, the repairmen record the monitoring of the work in such a way that they take pictures of the situation before and after the project and attach pictures of the construction site together with the completed work order.
The application has a so-called whiteboard where each service technician can enter a client's request that needs to be completed, and the whiteboard is visible to everyone on both the web application and the mobile application, and each service technician can also download and complete that request. The first phase also includes payment tracking (the owner can have an overview in one place of who paid him, who the currency went to - that person would turn red, who did not, that person would remain green, etc.), and this was very important because at that moment the client had over 100 open construction sites.
The second phase is to include the issuance of quotes in the application. Due to the complexity of the quotes (some items included images), the client could not do them in ERP due to the complexity of the layout, getting rid of Excel and the problem of printing complex quotes.
The third phase was the monitoring of the situation in the warehouse. In this phase, our company, among other things, connected to the client's existing erp and pulled materials and other necessary data from it (the data in the application is synchronized with the data in the client's erp in real time). This phase includes the integration of receipts, wholesale, retail invoices, goods reservation, goods entry into the warehouse. Due to the large number of orders, the warehouse had to be organized. This was solved in such a way that small products have permanent serial numbers whose barcodes are printed on a special printer, and are on the shelves in the warehouse, while each larger product, such as a pool pump, has its own serial number, which is also the number on the barcode that is scanned with a special android terminal. If larger products do not have a serial number, the application generates it itself. Before leaving for the field, the service technician scans everything he needs for the construction site he is going to, and thus the state of the warehouse is updated in real time. If the service technician does not immediately go to the field, but wants to secure a certain product by scanning it, he automatically reserves it.
After creating the application, the client solved pressing problems, organized the business to a very high level, reduced the need for new employees, and minimized human errors. As the client himself says, an excellent value for money.
