The main goal of the project is to develop and implement sustainable, AI-driven self-check-in systems made from eco-friendly materials, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of hotels while reducing their environmental footprint. This goal directly aligns with the Programme's specific objective of enhancing sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs through the introduction of innovative solutions and productive investments. By integrating advanced digital technologies such as NFC and AI with renewable energy systems, the project will significantly modernize the tourism infrastructure in the cross-border region.<\/p>

The project's focus on sustainability, digital transformation, and operational efficiency contributes to the Program's broader objective of fostering sustainable economic development while promoting innovation within the SME sector. It offers a cutting-edge solution that meets the rising global demand for environmentally responsible tourism, positioning the cross-border region as a leader in sustainable hospitality practices.<\/p>

The solutions developed during this project not only address the need for digitization in the hospitality industry but also integrate sustainability as a core component. By combining eco-friendly hardware with state-of-the-art software, this project provides a comprehensive solution that is far more advanced than existing practices in the sector. The innovations in NFC technology, AI-driven data processing, and solar-powered systems represent significant advancements over current market offerings, setting a new standard for both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility in the tourism sector. By collaborating across borders, the project can address the specific needs of each market while developing a scalable, innovative solution that positions the cross-border region as a leader in sustainable tourism practices. The project's objectives are ambitious and can only be fully realized through the collaborative efforts of all partners, which is why national or local-level action alone would not be enough.<\/p>

The project was approved in terms of business improvement and capacity building of Informatika Fortuno through the introduction of internationally recognized standards, all in order to achieve defined goals. Specifically, with the investment in question, the company invested in the introduction of the ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 standards. The goal of this is to increase its own competitiveness, which will create prerequisites for the growth of the physical volume of work, which will generate the need to retain existing and create new jobs. with income growth. In particular, the successful implementation of the investment in question will lead to (among other things):<\/p>
