The product development started from the practice of long check-in times, waiting for guests, late arrivals, paperwork and repeating the same information over and over again. The goal was clear, to design a solution that would take over the operational part of check-in, leaving hosts with the most valuable thing, time and focus on the guest.<\/p>

The self check-in point allows guests to check in to their accommodation quickly and easily, without waiting. The screen provides guests with all the key information: entry instructions, rules of the stay, house rules, local recommendations and contact details. A special value to this product is added by the EmBRACE project, which encourages innovation, sustainable solutions and the development of new products based on real market needs.<\/p>

Through the EmBRACE project, the self check-in point was not conceived as just another piece of technology, but as a functional, long-term and applicable solution for the tourism sector. The project enabled testing, design improvement and adaptation of the product to different types of accommodation, from private apartments to larger facilities.<\/p>
