1. Digital ticketing and online booking system Visitors can now purchase tickets via a digital platform, allowing them to enter the castle faster and easier. The system supports various payment methods, automatic generation of QR codes, and issuance of R1 invoices.
2. Advanced access control and real-time visitor tracking We have installed intelligent scanners and ramps that enable secure and fast ticket checking. A central server tracks visitor movements in real time, ensuring optimal organization of people flow and preventing capacity overload.
